Welcome to mo4, we hope to help you with
information, reviews and let you know what's happening in the area of
Norwich, Norfolk and beyond.
The Sugarbabes - Keisha Buchanan,
Heidi Range and Amelle Berrabah are members of the band

I was quite impressed when I turned up that there were already 3000
people who had attended this concert waiting and watching the bands on
stage, most people had already been
there for quite a few hours before the support acts had started, all
with their picnics out in the glorious sun, making the most of the
evening looking forward to the main event watching and singing along to
the Sugarbabes.

It was really good to see a well known band in Norfolk at Somerleyton
Hall. The band was formed in 1998 and since then have released 18
singles and 5 albums. Although a relatively new group, there has been a
couple of changes in the band, the original members were Keisha
Buchanan, Mutya Buena and Siobhan Donaghy. Siobhan Donaghy left the
band in 2001 replaced by Heidi Range who was in the band Atomic
Kittens, then just recently Mutya Buena left the band late 2005. Amelle
Berrabah who was in Boo2 orginally was chosen to be the 3rd member of
the band.
I must say, I wasn't expecting the greatest of singing, but was proven
wrong. I really thought the band put on a really good act. The singing
was superb and they sung excellent live. The only thing I would say, is
that it would have been nice to see them on stage for a bit
longer than just an hour!
The support acts were quite good too, with Ben's Brother who are a very
new band and who have only recently just been signed up to a
music
label and soon to release their first single.
Other than that the organisers managed by Chris Bailey at IML Concerts had put on a
very good show, topped off with fireworks at the end of the concert.
Their had been plenty of food put on throughout the evening and even a
chance for some wine tasting from the wine company Gallo.
All in all, a good night, and I look forward to the next well known pop
band, singers or musicians to sing/play at Somerleyton Hall.
